4.1. We offer delivery through The Courier Guy and PUDO. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and availability of the products.

4.2. We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or the courier service.

5. Returns and Replacements

5.1. Due to the nature of our products being freshly made food, we do not accept returns once the order has been dispatched.

5.2. If you have placed an order incorrectly, we may replace certain items to help you make up a specific product, but we cannot take back any of the food once it has been sent.

5.3. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as deemed appropriate.

6. Product Quality and Expiry

6.1. We ensure that all products meet our quality standards before dispatch.

6.2. Please check the expiry dates on all products upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to store the products correctly to maintain freshness.

7. Liability

7.1. Nature's Nest is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or website.

7.2. Our liability for any claim arising out of any order, sale, or delivery of products shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in respect of which such claim is made.

 Nature's Nest Shipping Policy

3.2. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

5.1. Shipping is free for all orders over 550 Rand. For orders less than 550 Rand, a delivery fee of 150 Rand will apply.

5.2. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Typically, deliveries are made within two to five working days after dispatch.

6.1. If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier service to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

7.1. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Please double-check your address before completing your order.

7.2. If an incorrect address is provided, and the order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.

7.3. If you expect that you might not be at the specified address on the delivery date, please inform us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative address.
